Bringing beauty to the everyday – a process which celebrates, elevates and uplifts everyday experiences. Inspired by storytelling, the environment, wellness and accessibility, Sean thrives on creating designs which influence and contribute to our sense of purpose and place.
His experience and interests range from designing award-winning public facilities, multi-unit and single-family residences, as well as transit, cultural and workplace environments. Sean studied architecture in Canada and Switzerland, and completed his Master of Architecture from Carleton University, Ottawa. He was awarded the RAIC honour roll distinction for outstanding academic achievement and has since received several awards from the OAA for design excellence. Sean has served as board member for the Canadian Architectural Certification Board, president of the Canadian Architectural Students Association and editor of a nation-wide published guide to Canadian Schools of Architecture. He has visited several schools within Canada and the United States as a visiting studio critic. Sean is also an avid cyclist and paddler.
